Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy (excluding Solo Select Saddle Pads): We offer a 7-day exchange for sizing issues on unworn, unused items for store credit. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. For any manufacturer defects, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Please note that we cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items outside of these conditions. Contact us for further assistance with exchanges or defect claims.

Solo Select Saddle Pad Return & Exchange Policy: 

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of the purchase to return an item. Any returns for reasons other than defects must be unused and in its original condition.

We suggest putting a clean sheet over your horse while trying to determine if a pad will fit. We cannot accept returns for any used or dirty pads.
If you wish to initiate a return please email us your order number for complete return instructions. Once we receive your return, it will take about 1 week to receive your refund which will be for the cost of the pad. Shipping charges are not refundable.
